Rock of Ages, game for me!

I just got done posting my Rock of Ages review at HonestGamers. Until recently, I was barely aware that the game even existed. I had some atypical moments of immunity to Atlus' PR efforts and almost missed out on a game that I'm very pleased to have experienced.

Rock of Ages is not a perfect game and my review details the issues that I had with it, but I definitely recommend that you look into it if you get the chance. It has something that more games really should have: the option to play competitively with a friend in the same room by way of a split-screen battle mode. That's on top of online play.

Check out the full review for a list of the reasons that I think you should play the game, and maybe we'll see each other online. If a good online community develops around this one, I could see it having legs for a very long time and I'd also be genuinely interested in DLC.
